Processing Time:

Orders placed before 2PM EST (Monday–Friday): Process within 1–2 business days

Orders placed after 2PM EST: Process next business day

Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday): Process Monday

Holiday orders: Process next business day after holiday

We do not ship on major U.S. holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping:

  • Orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping

  • Automatically applied at checkout

  • USA addresses only

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

Important International Shipping Information:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Customs delays are outside our control

  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders unless stated otherwise

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to change your address:

Once shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier.

Tracking information is automatically emailed after your order ships.

You’ll receive:

  • Tracking updates from the carrier

  1. Delivery Information

Packages may be delivered to:

  • front doors

  • porches

  • apartment mailrooms

  • business front desks

  • mailboxes (small packages)

Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders at our discretion.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but cannot be found:

Please:

  • check all delivery locations

  • ask neighbors or building management

  • wait 24 hours for delayed scans

  • order number

  • tracking number

We will assist in filing carrier claims and investigating the issue.

Nite Bitzzz is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we review cases individually and try to help where possible.

  1. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Step 1:
Take clear photos of:

  • shipping box

  • damaged product

  • shipping label

Step 2:
Email Contact@nitebitzzz.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • order number

  • photos

  • description of damage

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • free replacement

  • refund

  • store credit

  • high order volume
