At Nite Bitzzz, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with either a replacement or refund. Sleep better knowing your satisfaction matters to us.


What Qualifies for a Refund

We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations only:

✓ Damaged During Shipping

  • Broken or cracked gummy container
  • Seal opened or damaged upon arrival
  • Product melted due to shipping issues
  • Packaging arrived crushed or leaking
  • Water damage during transit

✓ Manufacturing Defects

  • Incorrect gummy count
  • Defective packaging or seal
  • Gummies stuck together excessively
  • Product contamination or visible defects
  • Incorrect flavor shipped inside container

✓ Missing Items

  • Missing products from your order
  • Missing promotional items advertised with purchase

✓ Wrong Product Sent

  • Wrong flavor sent
  • Wrong quantity or bundle shipped
  • Incorrect item due to our error

What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

✗ Change of mind after opening product
✗ Personal taste preference
✗ Ordered wrong product or flavor
✗ Product not fitting personal expectations
✗ Opened or partially consumed gummies
✗ Normal texture/color variation in natural supplements
✗ Damage caused after delivery
✗ Failure to follow storage instructions

Because this is a consumable wellness product, opened products cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons.


Timeframe for Claims

All damage, defect, or shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement or refund.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Step 1: Document the Issue

Please take clear photos of:

  • The product
  • Shipping packaging
  • Any visible damage or defects
  • Shipping label if applicable

Our support team reviews all claims within 24 business hours.

  • Refund confirmation
  • Return instructions if needed

Replacement Policy

If approved for replacement:

  • Replacement orders ship same-day or next business day
  • No additional shipping cost
  • Most damaged products do NOT need to be returned

Refund Policy

If approved for refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days

Refund includes:

  • Product cost
  • Standard shipping cost (if paid)

Refund does NOT include:

  • Express or upgraded shipping options

Return Shipping

For approved damaged or defective products:

  • We provide prepaid return labels if a return is required
  • Most claims do not require returns

Returns may be requested if:

  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Refund requested instead of replacement
  • Additional inspection is necessary

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order:

Please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify shipping address
  3. Contact the shipping carrier
  4. Wait 24 hours for delayed carrier scanning

International Orders

International customers are eligible for replacement/refund claims for damaged or defective products.

Please note:

  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control

Final Sale Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional/free products
  • Clearance items marked final sale
  • Opened products without verified defect/damage
